摘要
目的了解浙江省居民慢性病信息获取与新媒体利用现状,为制订有效可行的健康传播方式提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,对浙江省11个县(市、区)5287名城乡常住居民进行问卷调查。结果居民获取健康信息主要来源于医生(83.5%)、电视(49.6%)、家人(43.0%)。居民比较信任来源于医生(98.4%)、家人(89.6%)、朋友或同事(82.5%)的信息。有40.1%的人过去12个月内上过网。37.3%的人认为互联网上的健康信息有用,52.9%的人不太理解找到的信息。单因素分析表明,年龄、文化程度、职业、慢性病知识得分和慢性病信息获取得分(P<0.01)是居民网络信息利用的影响因素。多元Logistic回归显示,年龄65岁以上是居民网络信息利用低的危险因素,而高文化程度、高慢性病知识得分和高慢性病信息获取得分则是居民网络信息利用高的保护因素。结论浙江省居民慢性病信息获取与新媒体利用具有不同人群特点,应有效利用传统媒介,加大新媒体传播力度,提高居民健康信息素养。
Objective To understand the current state about chronic disease information acquisition and new media utilization of residents in Zhejiang Province,and provide scientific basis for effective and feasible health communication mode. Methods By using the method of stratified cluster random sampling,a questionnaire survey was carried out among5287 residents in Zhejiang Province. Results The main ways of residents to obtain health information: doctors( 83. 5%),TV( 49. 6%),family members( 43. 0%). The order of levels of trust on health information from different sources is doctors( 98. 4%),family members( 89. 6%),friends or workmates( 82. 5%). 40. 1% of people surfed Internet in the past12 months,37. 3% considered online information helpful,52. 9% didn't understand the meaning. Single factor analysis showed that age,educational level,occupation,score of chronic disease knowledge,score of chronic disease information acquisition( P〈 0. 01) is the factor to impact the internet information utilization. With analysis of logistic regression,it is indicated that over the age of 65,high education,high score of chronic disease knowledge,high score of chronic disease information acquisition significantly affect internet information utilization. Conclusion According to the different population characteristics,make effective use of traditional media and strengthen the new media to improve the level of health chronic disease information acquisition and new media utilization in residents.
