摘要
目的本研究旨在探讨青岛市居民中医药健康文化知识普及情况,及其对中医药健康文化素养水平的影响,为制定有关政策和措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层多阶段随机抽样的方法,抽取青岛市15~69岁5300名常住人口进行居民中医药健康文化素养问卷调查,收回有效问卷3847份,应答率为72.58%。采用RaoScott调整χ~2检验分析不同人口学特征的居民中医药健康文化知识普及情况。结果青岛市居民中医药健康文化知识普及率为93.27%,阅读率为90.83%,信任率为88.42%,行动率为65.67%,通过中医药健康文化宣传栏、印刷材料、音像材料、公共场所等渠道及大众媒体阅读和有效获取过中医药健康文化知识的群体的中医药健康文化素养水平(21.75%)高于未阅读和获取过中医药健康文化知识的群体(9.13%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);学习到的中医药健康文化知识应用于日常生活当中的群体的中医药健康文化素养水平(23.96%)高于未应用于日常生活中的群体(15.04%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青岛市居民中医药健康文化知识普及率、阅读率、信任率均较高,行动率较低。阅读和应用过中医药健康文化知识的群体的中医药健康文化素养水平较高。
Objective To study the status of health culture knowledge on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and its influencing among residents in Qingdao.Methods A multi-stage sampling method was used to enroll 5300 permanent residents aged 15-69 years old in Qingdao.The Rao-Scott adjustedtest was used to analyze the difference of status of health culture knowledge on TCM among residents with different demographic characteristics.Results The awareness rate of health culture knowledge on TCM was 93.27%,the reading rate was 90.83%,the trust rate was 88.42%,the action rate was 65.67%.The residents who read the health culture knowledge on TCM by the way of billboards,printing material,audiovisual material,public places and the mass media had higher health literacy level on TCM(21.75%)than others(9.13%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The residents who used the health culture knowledge on TCM in the daily life had higher health literacy level on TCM(23.96%)than others(15.04%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The popularization rate,the reading rate,and the trust rate of health culture knowledge on TCM were high,the action rate was low.The residents who read and used the health culture knowledge on TCM in the daily life had higher health literacy level on TCM.
