“8·16”金楚双回线相继故障事件分析及思考 被引量:1

摘要 2013年8月16日,500 kV金楚双回线相继发生单永和单瞬故障,第二、三道防线先后正确动作采取了切机和解列线路措施,故障最终导致金安桥电厂与主网解列。结合现场录波和BPA软件仿真,对该起事件中第二、三道防线的动作情况进行了详细分析,提出了防线优化方案。同时网内梳理结果表明该类问题具有一定普遍性,为了尽可能的减少此类相继故障的影响,建议完善系统风险评估故障类型,并结合具体情况,研究、实施安全稳定防线优化方案。 On August 16,2013,a single-phase permanent fault and a single-phase transient fault occurred successively on 500 k V Jin’anqiao-Chuxiong double-circuit lines. The second and third defense lines operated correctly and tripped the generators and lines,causing Jin’anqiao hydropower station splitted from the system finally. Based on the on-site record wave and simulation by BPA software,the actions of the second and third defense lines are analyzed in detail,and an optimization scheme is proposed. Moreover,since the similar question is common to the power grid,it is advised that the fault types of system risk evaluation be further improved to reduce the influence of the successive faults,and further research and implementation of defense scheme optimization according to the specific circumstance be carried out.
