摘要 通过对多馈入直流输电系统中交直流系统间相互影响的研究,指出了南方电网系统可能存在着因交直流系统故障可能导致的多回直流同时换相失败、闭锁而使整个系统失稳的风险。分析了南方电网安全稳定三道防线的功能配置及其作用定位,指出防范上述风险的关键在于加强第一道防线,可靠、快速地清除交流系统的故障,做到防患于未然。 Studying the interactions between the AC and DC systems in China Southern Power Grid(CSG),which is a multi-infeed AC/DC power system,this paper points out that there is potential risk of the whole CSG system being in destabilization due to the simultaneous commutation failures of several DC transmission lines,or their pole blocks.Analyzing the CSG security scheme with three defense lines,including the function configuration in each line and the role to play by each line,the paper proposes that the major countermeasures to prevent the above risk is to greatly reinforce the first defense line so to reliably and quickly eliminate the failures occurred in the AC system before the system desabilization happens.
