摘要
以一台22 k W永磁电机为例,利用时步有限元方法综合分析电机内的电磁场与机械应力场的分布情况,研究其运行在几种常见工况下的机械应力、应变,得到了电机转子在极端情况下的变形。计算结果表明,对于该自起动永磁电机,在带载起动、过载失步等情况下转子机械变形严重,转子损毁的风险较大。介绍的分析方法对于电机设计及保证电机安全运行有着重要的参考意义。
A 22 kW line-start permanent Magnet ( PM ) motor was illustrated to analyze the distribution of electromagnetic field and mechanical stress field with the time stepping finite-element method. The mechanical stress and strain were studied under several common operating conditions. The strains of the motor under extreme conditions were obtained. The calculation results showed that, the PM motor had a damage risk of serious mechanical deformation under the starting with load and overload. The analysis method had an important reference value for the motor design and security operation.
