摘要
通过实际案例分析了空调机组冷却水泵星三角起动时断路器跳闸故障原因,提供了两种解决方法。明确了星三角、软起动器、变频器3种方式的适用场合。指出目前空调水系统中大功率水泵更适用软起动器。
This paper analyzed the circuit breaker trip fault reasons whan star-delta pump starting and gave two methods to solve the problem. Making clear the applicability of three pump starting mode （Varied Speed Drive, VSD）, soft start and star-delta starting mode. And the paper pointed out that soft start is better for big power water pump in air-conditioning system.
