摘要
针对永磁同步电机的精确建模问题,研究了交叉饱和、交叉耦合对d、q轴电感及转子磁链的影响,以及非正弦转子磁场的主要频谱成分,采用冻结磁导率的方法计算了不同负载时的d、q轴电感和转子磁链。通过建立仿真模型,研究了变参数下的电机运行特性,并与定参数模型和有限元模型的运行特性进行比较。研究结果表明,变参数模型能精确反应永磁同步电机的实际运行特性,为其精确控制提供更为可靠的依据。
Abstract: Aiming at accurately modeling problems of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), the impacts of cross saturation and cross coupling on d,q axis inductance and rotor flux and the spectrum components of non-sinusoidal rotor magnetic field were investigated, and the inductance and rotor flux were calculated with the frozen permeability method. The motor operation characteristics with variable parameters were investigated through simulation model, and compared it with that of fixed parameters model and finite element model. The results revealed that variable parameters model could response the motor operation characteristic more accurately, and could provide more reliable basis for PMSM' s accurately control.
