摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展和高等教育大众化的深入,高等教育服务质量评价也引起社会的广泛关注,而以政府和学校等为评价主体的评价体系弱化了学生的利益,因此研究者从学生的视角出发建立起学生满意度评价方法并对高等教育服务质量进行评估。以毕业生为调查对象,围绕职业素质培养对我国高职院校服务质量进行学生满意度问卷调查,结果表明:总体满意度超过中值,接近比较满意;但在鼓励学生参与社会实践、培养学生社会活动能力和创新精神等方面还有较大的提升空间。
With the rapid development of social economy and the popularization of higher education,the service quality evaluation of higher education has aroused widespread concerns. Researchers,from the perspective of the students,establish the evaluation method of student satisfaction to evaluate the service quality of higher education because the main assessment system of the government and schools weakens the interests of students. This paper investigates the graduates with a focus on student satisfaction in the vocational quality cultivation. The results show that: the overall score of student satisfaction surpasses the mean value,but the evaluation of encouraging students to participate in social practice,cultivating students' social activity ability and innovation spirit,etc,is low.
