摘要
合格公民已经成了现代社会的必要组成。课堂作为培养理性公民的重要场所,应该在此进程中担负起为社会培养合格人才的使命。因此,抓紧塑造刚柔并济、亦师亦友、言传身教的真正知识分子教师,提升重视自由、平等、民主、法治、多元、一体的课程理念,推动认知与实践并重、显性与隐性齐进、教师与学生同行的新型教学方式的转变,实现真正的民主课堂就具有了重要意义。
The qualified citizen has become necessary composition in modern society. Classroom as an important place for training rational citizens should take its responsibility for training qualified citizens. Therefore, to shape that teacher who is rigid and flexible, magistral and kind, teaching by talking and doing, to promote that ideal about freedom, equality, democratic, rule by law,multiple and unification, to change the way of teaching methods to teaching by cognition and practice, to teach by dominance and recessive are very important.
