摘要
低周疲劳是变压吸附装置核心设备变压吸附器的主要破坏形式之一,主要发生在设备下部封头与裙座的连接处。通过对4种不同裙座的连接结构的优劣对比分析,并综述考虑设计、制造难度和经济效益,在变压吸附器裙座设计中选择了一种新型优化对接结构,并运用ANSYS软件,模拟交变载荷对裙座机械应力的分析和疲劳载荷对使用寿命的影响,提出了变压吸附器裙座结构优化设计方法和改进措施。
Low frequency fatigue is one of the main failure forms for pressure-swing adsorber which is the core equipment of pressure-swing adsorption(PSA)unit.It mainly occurs in the junction of device bottom head and the skirt.Through comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of four kinds of different connecting structures of the skirt and taking the difficulty for designing and manufacturing and the economic benefits into full account,a new optimizing butt joint structure is chosen in the design of pressure-swing adsorber skirt.The ANSYS software is used to simulate the alternating load analyzing the mechanical stress and the fatigue load influencing the service life of the skirt.This paper then puts forward the optimization design method and improving measures for the skirt structure of pressure-swing adsorber.
