摘要
随着建造技术的发展,区别于传统支柱支撑式的大型裙座支撑式球罐,由于受力均匀,球壳分瓣可采用足球瓣式,分瓣少、焊缝长度短,建造、维护及检修方便等诸多优点,近年来在工程中得到应用。采用有限元方法,对某1000 m3裙座支撑式球罐进行了应力计算,并按JB 4732—1995《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》对球罐的应力进行了分类和强度评定,结果表明设计满足强度要求。同时,指出裙座支撑式球罐设计的难点及应注意的问题,为裙座式球罐的设计计算及大型化应用提供参考。
The traditional large -scale spherical tanks are usually supported by pillars with tangerine or hybrid - petal spherical shell. With the development of construction technology, the new technology of football - petal spherical tank by skirt support has been applied in recent years, as the advantages such as more uniform stress,less petal number and then shorter weld length and convenient construction, mainte- nance and repair. The stress analysis of a 1000 m3 spherical tank by skirt support was made by using the finite element method. The stress was classified and evaluated according to JB 4732--1995 standard. The results showed that the design meets the requirement. Design difficulties and key issues are indicated, which provides a reference for the design and calculation of the large - scale spherical tank by skirt sup- port..
