2013年天津市西青区居民心脑血管疾病发病情况分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的了解天津市西青区居民心脑血管疾病发病情况,为制定有效预防措施提供理论依据。方法资料来源于2013年西青区非传染性疾病发病人数年统计表。按照WHO心脑血管疾病指南分类标准进行归类和统计。结果 2013年西青区心脑血管疾病发病人数2 850人,发病率为762.88/10万;其中原发性高血压发病率为265.80/10万,脑出血发病率为37.74/10万,冠心病猝死发病率为13.38/10万,急性心肌梗死发病率为90.42/10万,脑梗死发病率为355.48/10万,蛛网膜下腔出血发病率为11.51/10万。结论西青区居民心脑血管疾病发病水平较高,今后应加强心脑血管疾病防治措施,加大健康教育宣传力度,把防病的关口前移,加强一级预防保健,对心脑血管疾病患者进行药物治疗和非药物治疗,预防和控制心脑血管疾病的发生,应成为今后该区卫生宣教和疾病防控工作的重点。 [Objective]To understand the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases among residents in Xiqing District of Tianjin, provide the theoretical basis for making the effective prevention measures. [Methods]The data were collected from the annual statistical table of non-communicable diseases cases in Xiqing District in 2013. The classification and statistics were performed based on the Guidelines for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (issued by WHO). [Results]There were 2 850 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Xiqing District of Tianjin in 2013, with the incidence rate of 762.88/lakh. The incidence rate of essential hypertension, cerebral hemorrhage, sudden coronary death, acute myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction and subarachnoid hemorrhage was 265.80/lakh, 37.74/lakh, 13.38/lakh, 90.42/lakh, 355.48flakh and 11.51/lakh, respectively.[Conclusion]The incidence rates of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are high in Xiqing District. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control measures of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, improve the health education, focus on first-level prevention, and carry out the drug therapy and non-drug treatment among patients, to prevent and control the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
