摘要
目的了解北京市怀柔区中小学学生的营养现状,为开展学校营养健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取怀柔区8所学校学生共609人,进行营养状况问卷调查。结果 52.7%的学生营养知识水平较高,营养知识题回答正确率达到60%以上,47.3%的学生营养知识水平较差,营养知识题回答正确率低于60%;不同性别、学段的学生营养知识水平无明显差异;81.0%的学生目前通过父母或家人获得营养知识,希望获取营养知识的途径71.3%和73.6%的学生选择通过网络和电视广播;77.0%的学生有吃零食行为,高中学生吃零食行为率高于小学和初中,有56.2%的学生坚持每天吃早餐,三餐主要的就餐地点均以家中就餐为主,肉类、蛋类、奶制品、豆制品能够每天摄入的学生分别为13.0%、21.3%、33.3%和12.0%,能够每天摄入蔬菜和水果的学生分别为12.6%、34.8%,有3.9%和12.8%的学生从来不吃蔬菜和水果。结论怀柔区学生的营养知识水平仍然偏低,学生喜欢吃零食的不良饮食习惯仍存在,学生的膳食结构不合理,富含优质蛋白质的动物性食品、奶制品、蔬菜水果的摄入不足。学生膳食营养知识的需求途径仍然贫乏,应加强对学生的营养教育。
[Objecfive]To understand the nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in Huairou District of Beijing, provide the basis for implementing the nutrition health education in schools. [Methods]609 students were collected from eight schools in Huairou District by stratified cluster random sampling method, to conduct a questionnaire survey for nutrition status. [Results]52.7% of students showed a higher level of nutrition knowledge, and the correct answer rate of nutrition knowledge questions was over 60%, while 47..3% of students showed a lower level of nutrition knowledge, with the correct answer rate under 60%. There were no significant differences in level of nutrition knowledge among different sex, grade groups. At present, 81.0% of students obtained the nutrition knowledge from parents or family member. The students who were willing to obtain the nutrition knowledge from internet and television/broadcasting accounted for 71.3% and 73.6% respectively. 77.0% of students had the behavior of eating snacks, and the rate of eating snacks in senior middle school students was higher than that in primary school students and junior middle school students. 56.2% of students ate breakfast every day, and main dining location of three meals was home. The students who ate meat, eggs, dairy products, bean products every day accounted for 13.0%, 21.3%, 33.3% and 12.0%, respectively. The students who ate vegetables and fruits every day accounted for 12.6% and 34.8% respectively. The students who never eat vegetables and fruits accounted for 3.9% and 12.8% respectively. [Conclusion]The level of nutrition knowledge among students in Huairou District is low. The bad eating habit of eating snacks has been observed among students. The diet structure of students is improper, which is mainly presented as the lack of animal foods, dairy products, vegetables and fruits. The ways to obtain nutrition knowledge are deficient, so it is necessary to strengthen the nutrition education among students.
