摘要
引进"9S"管理法,从三个方面对设备管理的相关工作进行有效管理。本文以对呼吸机的管理效果为例,说明将"9S"管理运用于设备维修保障的管理中,能有效提高工作效率及临床满意度,有助于推进医院管理的现代化。
The nine-S（Seiri,Seiton,Seiso,Seiketsu,Saving,Safety,Service,Satisfaction and Shitsuke） management methodology has been deployed in this hospital for effective management of medical equipment from three perspectives.The practice of ventilator management was exemplified in this paper to demonstrate the effectiveness of this methodology in the improved work efficiency,clinical satisfactory degree and accelerated modernization of hospital management.
