摘要
目的:建立舒筋活血丸中非法添加物松香酸的检测方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法初步检查,运用液质联用法进行验证。结果:上述3种方法均可检出含有松香酸的舒筋活血丸样品。结论:3种方法结合起来,可从初筛、定量与验证多角度出具检测数据,且方法简单、准确、可靠,可用于检测舒筋活血丸中的非法添加物松香酸。
Objective： To establish a method for identification of abietie acid, an illegal additive in ShujinHuoxue pills. Methods： Abietic acid was identified by TLC and HPLC-DAD, and confirmed by LC-MS. Results： The three established methods could identify abietic acid in Shujin Huoxue pills＇ samples. Conclusion： Combining three methods abietic acid could be screened, quantified and confirmed in the samples. The established methods are accurate, reliable and simple, suitable for the identification of abietic acid in Shujin Huoxue pills.
