摘要
目的:建立麝香接骨胶囊中松香酸的检查方法。方法:采用Zobarx SB-Aq C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%甲酸(80︰20);流量:1mL.min-1;检测波长:241nm。结果:能检查出麝香接骨胶囊中的松香酸。结论:本方法简便、结果准确且专属性强。
Objective： To establish a method for the inspection of abietic acid in Shexiang Jiegu capsule. Methods： The separation was performed on a ZORBAX SB-Aq C18 column （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-formic acid （80：20, v/v）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The UV detection was set at 241 nm. Results： The method can inspect abietic acid in Shexiang Jiegu capsule. Conclusion： The proposed method is simple, accurate and exclusive.
