摘要 传统的观点认为肌萎缩侧索硬化(amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,ALS)是一种单纯累及运动系统的慢性进行性神经系统变性病,但是近年来越来越多的研究表明,ALS是一种以运动系统受累为主,同时累及多个系统的变性病。其中约10%为家族性,称家族性ALS(familial ALS,fALS),
