摘要
“程氏项针”是程为平教授以传统经络学说、现代神经纤维学说及全息疗法为理论基础,结合多年临床经验总结并创立的项部针刺方法,是程氏头项针法的重要组成部分,运用于临床,效果显著,通过针刺所选腧穴达到治疗周身疾病的目的。程为平教授认为项部为头与四肢百骸、五脏六腑重要的连接桥梁,也是沟通上下经络的重要部位,是脏腑精气和经络气血上归于头面的重要关隘,周身之病症皆可寻之于颈项。项部既是脏腑经络疾病反映的部位,又是“程氏项针”施术部位。“程氏项针”将项部分为三部九区以治疗周身疾病,本研究从中医传统认识与现代项针研究讲述“程氏项针”。
Cheng's neck acupuncture is a neck acupuncture method established by professor CHENG Weiping,which is based on traditional meridian theory,modern nerve fiber theory and holographic therapy,combined with many years of CHENG's clinical experience,and it is an important part of Cheng's head and neck acupuncture.Cheng's neck acupuncture is used in clinic through selected acupoints to achieve the purpose of treating systemic diseases with its remarkable effect.Professor CHENG believes that neck is an important bridge between head and bones of limbs and internals,as well as an important way to communicate upper and lower meridians and collaterals,it is an important pass of essence-Qi of Zang-Fu and Qi and blood of meridians and collaterals to head,and all diseases of whole body can be rooted from neck.Neck is not only the part that reflects the diseases of Zang-Fu organs and meridians,but also the place where‘Cheng's neck acupuncture’is applied.Cheng's neck acupuncture divides the area into three parts and nine districts to treat systemic diseases.This study narrated‘Cheng's neck acupuncture’in terms of TCM understanding and modern researches of neck acupuncture.
