摘要
目的细胞自噬已成为近年来基础医学领域研究的热点。本文拟以自噬为切入点,总结并分析近10年国家自然科学基金中医项目研究申报特点及方案设计,探讨其国内研究现状,为今后的相关研究提供参考与借鉴。方法在国家自然科学基金委员会数据库中以"自噬"为主题词,检索自建库以来至2019年中医学科的面上项目、青年科学基金、地区基金三大资助项目,提取并分析其研究特征。结果近年来,以自噬为切入点的中医学领域研究数量总体呈增长趋势,自噬已成为中医内科与中医针灸研究中的重要热点;研究涉及的病种以神经系统疾病(50,16.50%)、消化系统疾病(49,16.17%)、循环系统疾病(35,11.55%)、内分泌与代谢疾病(32,10.56%)为主;就研究关注的作用点来看,PI3K/Akt/m TOR通路依然保持着较高的研究热度,线粒体自噬平稳发展,细胞及基因近年来发展潜力较大。结论细胞自噬在中医药领域的研究愈加受到重视,其相关研究涉及的疾病范围广,关注的作用靶点多。但目前对自噬相关的某些重要作用点以及诸如肥胖、肿瘤等与自噬密切相关的临床常见疾病的研究仍有待深入。
Objective Autophagy has been the hot topic of research in the field of basic medicine in recent years.Byusing autophagy as a starting point,to summarize and analyzes the characteristics of research application and programdesign of TCM projects funded by NSFC in recent 10 years,and discuss the current situation and lack of research inChina.Methods The"General Program","Youth Science Fund","Regional Fund"were searched with the theme of"autophagy"in the Chinese Medicine subject in NSFC from the establishment of the database to 2019,and their researchcharacteristics were extracted and analyzed.Results The number of Chinese medicine researches about autophagy hasbeen increasing in recent years,and autophagy has been the main part of the research in Internal medicine of TCM(traditional Chinese medicine)and acupuncture;The disease systems related to autophagy in Chinese medicine subjectmainly included nervous system(50,16.50%),digestive system(49,16.17%),circulatory system(35,11.55%),endocrineand metabolic system(32,10.56%).The PI3 K/Akt/m TOR pathway was maintained heated topic,and mitochondrialautophagy was developed steadily.Researches about cells and genes had great development potential in recent years.Conclusion Autophagy has been the hotpot in the field of TCM,including varies of targets and related diseases.However,some important targets and common diseases like obesity and tumor,which are closely related to autophagy,and still need to be further explored.
