摘要
目的将PDCA循环应用于预防肿瘤患者自杀的管理中,以提高医护人员风险防范意识,减少或避免肿瘤患者自杀事件的发生。方法对肿瘤患者自杀事件的原因进行分析、制订相应措施、对执行措施进行检查,持续改进,以提前干预、预防为主。结果运用PDCA循环管理后医护人员对肿瘤患者自杀相关知识的知晓度提高(P<0.01);肿瘤患者自杀发生率降低(P<0.05)。结论运用PDCA循环管理可以提高医护人员风险防范意识。对自杀高危人群采取防范措施,有效减少自杀事件发生。
Objective Applying PDCA circulation to prevent suicide in management of cancer patients, so as to improve medical staffs＂ risk prevention awareness, and to reduce or avoid suicide of cancer patients. Methods The measures included analyzing the causes of suicide in cancer patients, formulating corresponding measures,making inspection on enforcement measures and continuous improvement, in order to do early prevention and intervention. Results After applying of PDCA circulation, medical staffs＂ psychological knowledge of suicide in cancer patients increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the occurrence of cancer patients suicide was decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Using PDCA cycle management can improve medical staffs＂ awareness of risk prevention, make early prevention measures for cancer patients at high risk of suicide, which can effectively prevent suicide.
