摘要
目的将PDCA循环应用于药师与护理人员联合临床科室备用药品管理中,以提高科室备用药品的规范化管理。方法成立PDCA药品管理小组,对临床科室备用药品管理现状进行分析、制订相应措施、对执行措施进行检查,持续改进。结果实施PDCA循环管理后,护理人员对临床科室备用药品管理相关知识的知晓度提高(P<0.01),备用药品管理相关问题发生率降低(P<0.01)。结论药师与护理人员联合应用PDCA循环管理能发挥各自的专长,提高护理人员备用药品管理知识,降低备用药品管理中存在的问题。
Objective To apply PDCA cycle in the department of pharmacy and nursing staff to improve the standardized management of spare medicine.Methods The PDCA drug management group was set up to analyze the current situation of drug administration in clinical departments,formulate corresponding measures,check the implementation measures and improve continuously. Result After the implementation of PDCA cycle management,the nursing staff improved the awareness of the knowledge about the management of the pharmacy in the clinical department（ P〈0. 01）,and the incidence of the problem of backup drug management decreased（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions The joint application of PDCA cycle management by pharmacists and paramedics can give full play to their own expertise,improve the knowledge of pharmacy management and reduce the problems in the management of backup medicines.
