摘要
目的:提高临床护士锐器伤标准防护执行能力,预防锐器伤发生。方法:问卷调查276名临床护士2009年1月至2010年2月锐器伤现状及防护情况。结果:72.10%至少发生过1次锐器伤,51.81%最近1年至少发生过锐器伤,发生率为1.53次/人/年。锐器伤种类:针头刺伤57.92%,安瓿伤31.44%;刺伤环节:处理医疗废物32.63%,输液毕取针25.06%,配药23.88%;防护:23.91%每次取输液针时使用锐器盒,23.91%每次双手回套针帽,23.55%每次侵入性操作时戴手套,15.58%每次手掰安瓿用无菌纱布包裹;锐器伤后60.84%立即正确处理伤口,69.93%未报告,39.16%污染源情况不明,57.34%请有关专家评估、咨询。结论:临床护士防护意识不强,标准防护执行力差,管理者不够重视,须继续加强职业防护教育,提高防护意识及技能,管理者监管、督导标准防护的执行是预防和减少锐器伤发生的关键。
Objective： To improve the standard of clinical nursing in prevention from sharp injuries. Methods： A questionnaire of the status and protection of sharp injuries was used for survey in 276 clinical nurses from January 2009 to February 2010. Results： At least one sharp injury occurred among 72.10% of the nurses. In the last year, sharp injuries occurred among 51.81% and the sharp injury rate was 1.53 times/person/year. Sharp injury types includedneedle stick injuries, accounting for 57.92%, ampoule injury, or 31.44%; stab components： medical wastes, making up 32.63%, needles to take after infusion, 25.06%, dispensing, 23.88%; protection： when taking the infusion needle box, making up 23.91%, returning needle cap, 23.91%, invasive procedures with wearing gloves, 23.55%, breaking ampoule with each hand wrapped with sterile gauze, 15.58%; treating wound right immediately after injury, making up 60.84~/0, 69.93% of the injured nurses did not report, unknown polluted sources, 39.16%, consulting from the expert assessment, 57.34%. Conclusion： The clinical nurses are not always of strong sense of protection. The managers do not pay enough attention to such trifles. It is the key to strengthen vocational education, awareness and skills and to improve management supervision, protective supervision so that the occurrence of sharp injuries can be prevented and reduced.
