摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)、衣康酸(IA)、2-丙烯酸酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和苯乙烯(St)为单体,分别合成了AMPS/St/AA和AMPS/St/IA两种聚合物降黏剂。用淡水基浆和盐水基浆分别对降黏剂的加剂量与室温和高温老化后降黏性能进行了优化和评价。室内实验表明:在降黏剂加量0.5%的淡水基浆于260℃老化16h后,降黏剂AMPS/St/AA和AMPS/St/IA的降黏率分别达到76.81%和59.54%,降切率达到72.26%和71.53%。与SF260相比,260℃高温下两剂的降黏效果较好,表观黏度、塑性黏度和动切力方面均较好,尤其AMPS/St/AA的降切率达到73.62%,但耐盐性较差;降黏剂St/AMPS/IA受盐污的影响较大。降黏剂AMPS/St/AA和AMPS/St/IA具有较好的耐高温能力、降黏效果,优异的降切效果,一定的抗盐性能。
2-Acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid/styrene/acrylic acid(AMPS/St/AA)and AMPS/styrene/itaconic acid(AMPS/St/IA),using as the viscosity reducers in the drilling mud,was synthesized respectively with 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid,styrene,acrylic acid anditaconic acid as monomers.The additive dosage and the properties to reduce mud viscosity were investigated.The results show that the thinning rate could reach 76.81%and 59.54%,the decreasing rate could reach 72.26%and 71.53%respectively with the addition of 0.5% St/AMPS/AA or St/AMPS/IA in water-based mud after aging at 260 ℃,16 h.The high temperature resistance,salt resistance and viscosity reduction of St/AMPS/AA were superior to that of St/AMPS/IA.Compared with the SF260,these two viscosity reducers had better viscosity reductions,but poorer salt tolerance at 260℃.St/AMPS/IA was influenced by the salt pollution.The results showed that St/AMPS/AA and St/AMPS/IA had good thinning property and heat resistance.
