摘要
报道了用作水基钻井液降粘剂的磺化苯乙烯-水解马来酸酐共聚物SSHMA的合成方法.以甲苯、二甲苯混合物为溶剂,苯乙烯、马来酸酐摩尔比1.0~1.2:1.0,引发剂BPO用量0.7%~1.2%,溶液共聚温度95℃,时间3小时,得到苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物,其重均分子量在3000~5500范围,化学结构由红外光谱证实.在NaOH存在下,该共聚物与三氧化硫按摩尔比1.0:1.0~1.2在50℃进行磺化、水解反应1小时,生成降粘剂SSHMA.该剂具有良好的耐温抗盐性:加入0.2%SSHMA使淡水钻井液的表观粘度由75 mPa·s降至30mpa·s以下,加入0.3%SSHMA使淡水钻井液在230℃老化16小时后的表观粘度由64mpa·s降至28mpa·s以下,加入0.4%SSHMA使15%盐水钻井液230℃老化16小时后的袁观粘度由35mPa·s降至18mpa·s以下.图5参4.
The laboratory synthesis of the titled eopolymer is presented. Styrene and maleic anhydride in molar ratio 1.0-1.2:1.0 are reacted in solution of mixed solvent toluene + xylene at the presence of 0.7-1.2% BPO at 95℃ in 3 hrs to give an S/MA copolymer of weight average molecular mass in range 3000-5500, the chemical composition is identified by its iR-spectrum. At the presence of NaOH, the cpolymes and SO3 react in molar ratio 1.0 : 1.0- 1.2 at 50℃ in 1 hr to give a sulfonated styrene/hydrolyzed maleic anhydride copolymer--viscosity reducer for water base drilling fluids SSHMA. The later has good heat resistance and salts tolerancy: in- troducing SSHMA at dosage of 0.2% increases apparent viscosity AP from 75 to 〈30 mPa's for an e.xperimental fresh water fluid, of 0.3 % - from 64 to 〈 28 rnPa·s for this fluid after ageing at 230℃ over 16 hrs, of 0.4 % - from 35 to 〈 18 rnPa·s for an experi- mental 15% NaCl water fluid after ageing at 230℃ over 16 hrs.
