摘要
该文通过分析校企合作模式对培养卓越农业人才的必要性,提出了如何构建校企合作模式开展卓越农业人才培养,并探讨了校企合作模式对农业人才培养的效果。
The study was to analyse the mode of cooperation of school and business enterprise for training excellent agricultural talent.We discussed how to creat the culture characteristics of excellent agricultural talent based on cooperation of school and business and explorate the effect of training excellent agricultural talent utilizing the mode of cooperation of school and business enterprise.
