摘要
以粉煤灰漂珠为主要组成材料,磷酸二氢铝作为结合剂,无机膨润土来提高材料的可塑性、悬浮性、附着性,并利用叶腊石高温膨胀效应以及高耐火性,制备出低固含量的高温耐火泥浆作为连铸水口保温层材料。通过检测不同叶蜡石含量保温材料的显气孔率、体积密度、耐压强度、线变化率、热导率等性能指标,以及对喷涂施工后的水口进行高温烘烤试验。结果表明,该保温层材料具有轻质环保的特点,具有在高于1000℃以上优于陶瓷纤维的热导性,强度高,与水口表面防氧化涂料结合性好,引入适量的叶腊石后保温层材料经1200℃高温烘烤后不开裂,可采用喷涂施工,养护方便,并且喷涂料不易变质,具有保质期长,环保等特点,因此是一种理想的水口纤维保温层的替代材料。
A new kind of insulation layer for continuous casting nozzle was prepared, which took fly ash as main composition, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as binder and bentonite, pyrophyllite as additives. By detecting its porosity, bulk density, compressive strength, linear change rate and thermal conductivity with different content of pyrophyllite, and we had a baked test for the spraied nozzle like continuous casting nozzle in the field of usage. The results show that characteristics of the insulation layer are light and green, which thermal conductivity is lower than ceramic fiber above 1000 ℃ and has high strength. It is tightly integrated with oxidation resistant coat of the nozzle, especially that some pyrophyllite additives could improve thermal expansion of insulation layer according to the nozzle at 1200 ℃. The insulation layer of fly ash is convenient to spray, and the coat is not easy to deteriorate with a long shelf life, environment-friendly and other features, so it is a excellent substitute for ceramic fiber as insulating layer of continuous casting nozzle.
