摘要
进行不同保温措施对木胶合板模板、竹胶合板模板和组合钢模板等三种模板下混凝土内部温度场影响的试验研究。结果表明,不同保温措施下的混凝土内部温度发展规律基本一致,温度时程可以分为明显的三个阶段。定量研究了表面保温、模板外保温、模板内保温、组合保温和保温时间对混凝土中心及表面最高温度和内外温差的影响,进行了相应的对比分析。研究结果可供混凝土温控防裂施工时采用。
Experimental study on temperature field of concrete with three kinds of formworks such as wooden formwork,bamboo formwork and steel formwork in different insulation measures was carried out.Test result shows that development of temperature field in different insulation measures is consistent.The process of temperature development can be divided into three phases obviously.Quantitative analysis on the effect of surface insulation,exterior insulation,insulation,combination insulation and different holding time on the peak value of rising temperature in the center and on the surface was conducted.Both temperature difference of core and surface of concrete and comparative analysis were carried out.Result can be used in the control of concrete temperature cracking in construction process.
