摘要
结合常州高架二期新京杭运河大桥主墩承台实测温控数据,分析分层浇筑动态施工大体积混凝土温度场变化及分布规律。基于瞬态温度场三维有限元分析方法,采用多种混凝土绝热温升模型进行计算,选择与实测温控数据较为符合的混凝土绝热温升模型;在瞬态温度分析的基础上对承台进行热-结构耦合有限元分析,得到应力场的变化及分布规律;通过温度场、应力场的变化及分布规律以便为同类型大体积基础承台结构制定合理的温度控制及施工措施。
Associated with the field monitored temperature control date of pile cap,distribution and change regulation of the temperature field in the dynamic construction process of the layer pouring for the massive concrete were analyzed in this paper.Based on transient field three-dimensional finite element analysis method,the field monitored date was compared with a variety of adiabatic temperature rise models to select more accurate model.The distribution and change regulation of the stress field were got by thermal-structural coupled finite element analysis which was on the basis of the transient thermal analysis.The distribution and change regulation of the temperature and stress field in this paper may provide reasonable temperature control and construction measures for the same type of massive concrete foundation platform.
