摘要 采用河南西峡的橄榄石废弃粉矿、轻烧镁粉、无烟煤为主要原料,以烧失法制备了镁橄榄石轻质耐火材料。研究工作分为两部分,第一部分研究了轻烧镁粉的加入量和煅烧温度对镁橄榄石材料相组成的影响,旨在为制备轻质材料提供基础数据;第二部分为轻质材料制备研究和性能测试;并将制备的材料与其它轻质材料进行了性能对比。本研究所制备的轻质材料体积密度为1.3~1.6g/cm3,重烧线收缩率0.1%~0.3%(1450℃,2h);导热率可达0.3W/(m·K)。 Forsterite insulating refractories were prepared using olivine waste cuttings from Xixia,Henan Province,with the addition of light burned magnesite and coal by burning weight-loss method.Research works were divided into two parts.Firstly,researched the effect of MgO amounts and calcination temperature on phase compositions of forsterite refractories.It could provide basic data for preparation insulating refractories.Secondly,forsterite insulating materials were prepared and comparison its properties to other insulating refractories.The properties of forsterite insulating material made by waste cutting were as follows:bulk density:1.3~1.61g/cm3;permanent linear of shrinkage:0.1%~0.3%(1450℃,2h),thermal conductivity was about 0.3 W/(m·K).
