摘要
针对美标耐候低合金钢A588Gr A热轧时出现的表面裂纹缺陷,研究了其形成原因及控制方法。结果表明加热炉均热段温度控制在1 240~1 260℃时板坯除鳞效果较好;w(Ni)∶w(Cu)质量比控制在1∶2时,板材表面裂纹缺陷得到有效控制。
For the surface cracks formed on low alloy steel ASTM A588GrA with atmospheric corrosion resistance during hot rolling,the paper studies the formation causes and control method of the cracks. The results show that the descaling is effective when the soaking zone temperature in reheating furnace is controlled between 1 240 ℃ and 1 260℃. When the ratio of w(Ni) and w( Cu) is controlled to 1∶ 2,the surface cracks on the steel plate are effectively controlled.
