摘要
09Cu PTi Re钢是在碳、锰钢基础上 ,添加了 Cu、P、Ti、Re,有效地改善了钢板的强韧性指标。特别是 Cu、P,在钢中可以钝化钢板表面腐蚀反应的阴阳极 ,或者形成致密锈层 ,延缓、阻止锈蚀反应进行 ,提高耐蚀性。根据相变点 ,制定合理的加热、轧制、冷却工艺 ,解决了含 Cu耐蚀钢热轧卷板生产中影响产品质量的关键工艺控制 ,即加热、终轧温度控制。 0 9Cu PTi Re热轧卷板产品质量稳定 ,组织状态优良 ,可满足标准及用户需求。
CuPTiRe hot rolling coil is added with Cu、P、Ti and Re on the basic of carbide manganese steel,which improve the strength and toughness index of plate effectively,especically,Cu and P can blunt the cathode anode of corrsion reaction on plate surface or form intensive antirusting layer and postpone and even prevent rusting reaction so as to increase corrosion resistance.According to the phase transformation point,the heating,rolling and cooling technology are drew up properlly,which solve the technological hints effecting the quality of product during the weather resistant hot rolling coil production e.g.heating finished rolling and temperature control.The quallity of 09CuPTiRe hot rolling coil is steady and the constructure conditions are well that can be satisfied with the standards and demands of customs.
