摘要
利用扫描电镜和金相显微镜对304L不锈钢中厚板表面裂纹缺陷进行了分析。结果表明,裂纹缺陷主要是钢板内部奥氏体和铁素体两相比例差异较大及不均匀分布引起的。适当地降低板坯在高温加热段和均热炉高温段的保温温度,对改善热加工性能和降低裂纹发生能起到很好的作用。
Surface cracks of 304L stainless steel plate were analyzed by using optical microscope (OM) and scan electronmicroscope (SEM). The results show that the surface cracks are mainly caused by larger proportion and inhomogeneousdistribution of austenite and ferrite phases. Properly reducing the holding temperature of the slab in high temperature heatingzone and high temperature segment of the soaking furnace can play a good role in improving the thermal performance andreducing the crack occurrence.
