摘要
构建治理体系与推进治理能力现代化,是我国教育领域综合改革的重要目标和任务。职业教育作为具有独特本质且开放的教育类型,影响现代国家劳动力再生产及其配置方式,其涉及多元主体及主体之间利益诉求的差异、运行环境的复杂性等,决定了治理有不同于普通教育的多元、全局、复杂、敏感等特点。国内外职业教育发展中有大量治理的实践探索并积累了丰富经验。分析职业教育治理基本特点和已有探索经验,能进一步明晰我国职业教育治理研究应关注的主要问题。
While it is imperative to construct a governance system and promote the governing capacity of education,vocational education is an important component that is decisive for the reproduction of national labor power.Likewise,vocational education involves different parties in terms of their interests,as well as operational complexities.This study overviews the domestic and overseas experiences in the governance of vocational education with the characteristics and researches.
