摘要
教育治理是高职教育管理改革的新趋向,顺应产教融合、校企合作的办学模式改革,高职教育治理要以多主体共治、权责义对等、利益契合点、命运共同体为原则,实施对教育治理主体的规范和指导。以革新管理理念为关键,协调利益关系为核心,重塑组织结构为基础,实现高职教育由"管理"走向"治理"。
Education administration is the new tendency of college education management reform. In accordance of the school system reform of production-education integration and college-enterprise cooperation, college education administration should follow the principles of multi-bodied governance, the equality of power, nobility and justice, profit corresponding point, and destiny community to carry out the supervision and guidance of the main body of edu-cation administration. With management concept innovation as the key, profit relationship coordination as the core, or-ganization restructuring as the basis, college education should be shifted from ＂management＂ to ＂administration＂.
