摘要
采用单因素试验和正交试验优化复方中草药饲料添加剂(由苍术、白术、黄柏、板蓝根、甘草、山楂等组成)的发酵工艺。复方中草药发酵过程中控制含水量、接种量、发酵时间等因素,并采用蒽酮-硫酸法,测定其发酵前后粗多糖含量。结果表明:最佳发酵工艺为含水量40%,接种量4%,发酵时间3 d。
To study the optimal fermentation technology of compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additives （such as rhizoma atractylodis, atractylodes, cortex phellodendri, radix isatidis,radix glycyrrhizae, hawthorn, etc.）, single factor and orthogonal test was used.Anthracene ketone-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the crude polysaccharide content before and after fermentation.The results showed that the water content of 40%, the inoculum contentration of 4%, and the fermentation time of 3 d was the optimal fermentation condition.
