摘要
目的探讨葡萄糖酸锌联合山莨菪碱对于小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法随机将70例患儿分成两组,比较两组临床疗效、病毒转阴率和病程时间。结果实验组有效率显著优于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸锌联合山莨菪碱治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎临床效果理想。
Objective To study the effect of pediatric rotaviral enteritis treated with zinc gluconate combined with mountain scopolamine. Methods 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the clinical curative effect, the virus negative rate and duration time between the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of experimental group was significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of pediatric rotaviral enteritis treated with zinc gluconate combined with anisodamine is satisfactory, it is worthy to be applied in clinic.
