摘要
目的探讨睑黄瘤切除联合上睑松弛成型术修复睑黄瘤的效果。方法选择2010年2月~2014年5月间的40例睑黄瘤患者（80只眼）,随机分为观察组与对照组各20例（40只眼）,观察组给予睑黄瘤切除联合上睑松弛成型术治疗,对照组给予单纯手术切除睑黄瘤,对比两组治疗的临床效果。结果观察组优良率95%（38/40）明显优于对照组77.5%（31/40）（P〈0.05）。结论睑黄瘤切除联合上睑松弛成型术具有良好手术效果,在治疗睑黄瘤的同时兼有美容效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of xanthelasma excision combining flabby upper eyelid forming technique on repairing of xanthelasma. Methods 40 cases of patients with xanthelasma （80 eyes） were randomly divided into control group （20 cases, 40 eyes） using xanthelasma excision and observation group （20 cases, 40 eyes） using xanthelasma excision combining flabby upper eyelid forming technique. The clinical effect in two groups was compared. Results The clinical effect in （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Xanthelasma excision observation group was better than in control group combining flabby upper eyelid forming technique has a great effect, can treat xanthelasma and have a cosmetic effect at the same time
