摘要
睑黄瘤为一种常见的扁平黄瘤,皮损主要在内眦至两侧上眼睑,可以累及整个眼周。临床表现为黄色丘疹、橘黄色结节或斑块,影响美观。患者可以伴有原发性或继发性高脂血症。过去以化学剥脱、冷冻、电凝固、手术切除等为主要治疗方法,每一种治疗方法可能都存在它的局限性、不良反应及复发等问题。近期各种激光广泛应用于治疗睑黄瘤,包括超脉冲CO2激光,点阵CO2激光、调Q 1 064 nm Nd∶YAG激光、Er∶YAG激光、氩激光、染料激光等。现复习近10年来文献,综述激光治疗睑黄瘤的方案、疗效、随访、复发情况及不良反应,同时也关注了注射治疗睑黄瘤的相关研究。
Xanthelasma palpebrarum is a common type of plane xanthomas. Lesions are initially situated in medial canthi and may spread to the entire periorbital region. It is characterized by the development of yellowish papules,yellow-orange nodules or plaques that may affect the appearance of the patients. Some of the patients may be accompanied with primary or secondary hyperlipidemia. Many treat-ments have been proposed,including chemical peeling,cryotherapy,electrocoagulation and surgical resection. However,each of them presents certain limitations,including side effect and recurrence. Recently,lasers have been widely used in the treatment of xanthelasma palpebrarum,such as ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser,ablative fractional carbon dioxide laser,1 064 nm Nd ∶ YAG laser,Er ∶ YAG Laser,argon laser,pulsed dye Laser and so on. This paper reviews the methods,results,follow-up,recurrence and side effects of the laser treatments completed over the past 10 years,and literatures on injection treatment for xanthelasma palpebrarum are included as well.
