单次高频电离子“蜂巢式阵列”碳化方式治疗睑黄瘤的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Single Application of Honeycomb Array Carbonization of High Frequency Electric Knife in the Treatment of Xanthelasmas

摘要 目的观察高频电离子“蜂巢式阵列”碳化治疗方式在睑黄瘤中的临床应用与疗效评价。方法选取2021年112月于贵州中医药大学第一附属医院皮肤科门诊就诊的31例睑黄瘤患者,随机分为试验组(15例)与对照组(16例),试验组采用改良高频电离子“蜂巢式阵列”碳化疗法,对照组采用传统高频电离子连续平扫碳化疗法,共计治疗53处皮损(累及同1例患者单侧眼睑皮损均算作1处皮损),观察并比较2组在单次治疗后总有效率及术后色素沉着及瘢痕发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组与对照组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组出现色素沉着及瘢痕分别为4例(14.8%)、3例(11.1%),均低于对照组的13例(50%)、12例(46.2%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用高频电离子“蜂巢式阵列”碳化方式治疗睑黄瘤,与传统连续碳化治疗方式比较疗效相当,但能显著降低术后并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。 Objective In order to observe the clinical application and efficacy evaluation of honeycomb array carbonization of high frequency electric knife in the treatment of xanthelasmas.Methods A total of 31 patients with xanthelasma who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into treatment group(n=15)and control group(n=16).The treatment group was treated with modified honeycomb array carbonization of high frequency electric knife,while the control group was treated with traditonal continuous carbonization.A total of 53 lesions were treated(all unilateral eyelid lesions in the same patient were counted as one lesion).The overall response rate and the occurrence of postoperative hyperpigmentation and scar after a single treatment were observed and compared between two groups.Results The overall response rate in treatment group and control group showed no difference during treatment(P>0.05).The number of cases of postoperative hyperpigmentation and scar in the treatment group were four cases(14.8%)and three cases(11.1%)respectively,which were lower than those in the control group[13 cases(50%)and 12 cases(46.2%)],respectively,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of modified honeycomb array carbonization for the treatment of xanthelasma is comparable to the traditional continuous carbonization,but it can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
