Modeling and Simulation of Energy Recovery System of Hydraulic Hybrid Vehicle

摘要 采用蓄能器、可逆式变量液压泵/马达作为液压混合动力车辆HHV能量回收系统的储存、转换元件。根据HHV对能量回收系统的要求,在UDDS路况下,对关键部件蓄能器以及液压泵/马达的参数进行了计算,并利用MATLAB/SimScape对HHV能量回收系统进行仿真。仿真结果验证了所建模型的合理性,且系统的能量回收利用率达80%,使整车的燃油经济性得到了有效提高。 An accumulator and a reversible variable displacement hydraulic pump/motor were respectively used as energy storage, conversion elements in energy recovery system of hydraulic hybrid vehicle. According to the requirements of HHV for the energy recov- ery system, the accumulator and hydraulic pump/motor were calculated under the UDDS load condition. The energy recovery system model was built in MATLAB/SimScape. Simulation results demonstrate the rationality of the model. The utilization rate of energy recov- ered in accumulator has reached 80%, improving vehicle fuel economy effectively.
