摘要
班级管理是高职院校人才培养工作的组成部分之一,其水平高低会对学生成长成才产生一定影响。本文通过对高职院校班级管理存在问题的梳理,有针对性地引入"以人为本"的C管理模式,旨在充分发挥班级各成员的作用,提升高职院校班级管理水平,进而促进人才培养质量提升。
Class management is an important part of personnel training work in higher vocational college and its level will have some impacts on the students＇growth and achievement.This paper has clarified the existing problems of class management in higher vocational college and then introduced C management mode with ＂people oriented＂in order to give full play to the role of each member in the class and improve the class management level in higher vocational college in addition to the quality of per-sonnel training.
