摘要
针对浙江海洋学院食品质量与安全专业课程体系存在的不足之处,我们对其进行了一系列的探索与实践,构建出了"水产加工安全"特色食品质量与安全专业人才培养课程体系,并取得了一定的成果,但还需对这一体系进行长期的、不断的探索与实践,以更好地培养基于行业需求的食品质量与安全专业应用型人才。
The defects of the curriculum for food quality and safety major in Zhejiang Oceam University were analyzed. Based on certain exploration and practice, a new curriculum characterized with "seafood processing safety" for food quality and safety major was constructed and positive progress in teaching has been achieved.However, long-term, continuous exploration and practice for improving the curriculum system is still needed in order to effectively cultivate application-type personnel in food quality and safety major based on industrial demands.
