摘要
工学结合是职业教育人才培养模式有效实施的主要教学组织形式,通过工学结合逐步培养学生的隐性能力。以岗位定制、订单培养、现代学徒制三种工学结合人才培养模式有不同侧重点的培养学生的隐性能力。从观念、课程体系建设、教学模式、教学手段等方面确定隐性能力培养的基本策略。职业院校教师应更新思想,转变理念,树立正确的学生能力观;应构建穿透与渗透型的素质教育课程体系;搞好课程设计,布局隐性能力教学内容;开展工学结合多种教学模式,将隐性能力的培养渗透在课堂内外。
Practice shows that"combining learning with working"is a positive approach of enhancing the effectiveness of professional education. As an important entry point for college students' cultivation mode reform,combining learning with working is an important way to enhance students' professional competence and hidden ability. To set up an organization protection system,condition protection system,running management system and monitoring and evaluation system of school- enterprise cooperation and work- study combined.
