摘要
激励是人力资源管理的重要手段,通过激励机制建设,可调动员工积极性、创造性,形成良好的凝聚力、向心力。本文从当前医院员工激励缺乏战略性规划,重物质激励轻精神激励,忽视医院文化建设等方面,对激励机制存在的问题进行了较全面的分析和探讨,并从实施目标激励,薪酬设计要合理,关注员工成长与发展等几方面,对加强医院员工激励提出了改进策略。
Motivation is an important means for human resource management. Through the construction of incentive mechanism, enthusiasm and creativity of staffs can be mobilized, forming good cohesion and solidarity. This article conducted a comprehensive analysis and discussed the problems of incentive mechanism based on the fact that current hospital employee incentive mechanism lacked strategic planning with more attention on material incentives than mental stimulation and neglected the hospital cultural construction. With these efforts, this article proposed improvement strategies on strengthening the hospital staff motivation regarding the implementation of target incentive, reasonable payment design and concerns on employees' growth and development.
