摘要
在全面收集、整理2012年我国煤矿事故的基础上,从煤矿事故发生时间、煤矿所有制、事故类型等方面,统计分析了煤矿事故发生的特点和规律,阐述了煤矿事故发生的主要原因,并提出了预防的主要措施和建议,为我国煤矿安全生产形势持续好转提供基础保障。
Through comprehensive collection and classification of coal mine accidents happened in 2012, the characteristics and laws of coal mine accidents were summarized and analyzed in accordance from the accident time,mine ownership and accident type. The main causes of coal mine accidents were introduced and major precautions and suggestions were proposed,so as to provide an essential support for continuous improvement of safe production in coal mine.
