摘要
通过对贵州2005-2014年煤矿安全生产事故情况进行统计分析,得出贵州煤矿产能逐年提高、安全生产形势呈现稳步好转、事故起数和死亡人数逐年下降的趋势。对贵州省煤矿事故发生的类别、企业性质、事故发生时间、所属区域等进行规律分析,查找各类事故发生的原因并根据经验进行总结,给出加强基础研究,采用先进技术、装备等预防和减少煤矿事故的相关建议。
By statistically analyzing coal mine safety production accident of Guizhou from2005 to 2014,this paper found that production capacity of coal mines in Guizhou increased year by year;safety production situation has improved steadily;the number of accidents and fatalities decreased year by year.After studying the category of accident occurrence,the nature of enterprises,time of the accidents and where the accidents occurred,this paper figured out the cause of different kinds of the accidents and several related experience,associated with suggestions such as strengthening basic research and adopting advanced technology and equipment,to prevent and reduce coal mine accidents.
