摘要
目的研究四种综合评价方法在医疗工作质量评价中的应用。方法收集某医院连续7年的门诊病人数、急诊病人数、出院病人数等12项工作质量统计指标。分别用主成分分析法、TOPSIS法、密切值法和秩和比法对医疗工作质量进行综合评价,并对其排序结果进行一致性检验。结果该医院医疗工作质量呈稳步提高趋势,四种方法的评价结果经一致性检验,χ2为16.92,P<0.05,四种方法排序有一致性倾向,且有统计学意义。结论在医疗工作质量综合评价工作中,四种方法皆可使用,根据研究目的及数据类型不同可选择更合适的评价方法。
Objective To study the application of four comprehensive evaluation Methods on Measurement of Quality of Hospital Work. Methods Collected 12 statistical indicators of the quality of work from a hospital for 7 consecutive years, including the number of outpatient, emergency number of patients, number of patients discharged from hospital and so on. We used principal component analysis, TOPSIS method, Osculating Value method and RSR to evaluate the quality of medical work and did the consistency test with the results. Results The quality of the hospital＇s medical work quality improved steadily,evaluation results of the four methods by consistency test was chi-square value of 16.92, P0.05, and four methods tend to sort of consistency and statistical significance. Conclusion We should choose more appropriate evaluation methods according to different research purposes and data types when evaluating the quality of medical work in base of four avilable methods.
