摘要
教师办社会服务机构只是特定的历史阶段的产物,是中国特色社会工作发展道路,是解决社会工作"教育先行"问题的结果。2012年5月,广西桂林市也成立了广西第一家高校教师社工机构——博仁社工服务中心。对东、西部地区高校教师办社工机构的教师实际状况可知,西部地区高校教师办社工机构存在的困境主要是……。要突破此困境,须借鉴东部地区的经验,从以下三个方面寻找出路,即,设法促进西部地区社工机构的良性发展,促进社工专业的职业化和社会化。
The teachers corporating social service institution is just the product of the specific historical stage,is the socialist road with Chinese characteristics,and is the outcome which can solve the ＂ vanguard education＂ of social work problem. Guilin BoRen Social Work Service Center was found on May 2012. It＇s a universities teachers social service organization firstly in the Guangxi province. As we all know actual situation of the teachers who run service work institution,the existing predicament of the universities teachers in the west regions who run service work institution is…… We should borrow the experience from the east region if we want to break though the predicament. It has three aspects to find the way out,which is manage to prompt a benign development of east region service work institution,and promote specialty of social service more professionalization and socialism.
