摘要
本文首先分析了社工机构培育的三支重要力量:政府的扶持、海外个人和机构的支持以及大学教师的参与和倡导;接着从社工机构的项目运作、资金来源、社工人才的薪酬待遇、志愿者的招募使用等方面分析了社工机构运作的现状及其问题;最后,文章提出以制度建设促进社工机构的可持续发展,主要涉及到政府购买服务制度的完善、社工人才的成长机制、社会公信度的建立、多元的社会资源渠道的建立等方面。
Firstly, this paper analyzed three major power for social work agency foster, including government support, the support of abroad individuals and institutions, and faculty participation and advocacy; then analyzed social work agency＇s status of the operation and its problem, through the project operation, funding sources, the remuneration of social worker, volunteer recruitment and employment; finally, the paper put forward the suggestion of prompt sustainable development of social work agency by system construction, mainly related to the improvement of system of service purchase by government, growth mechanisms of social workers, the establishment of social credibility, the establishment of multi-channel of social resources and so on.
