摘要
由于政府重视程度及经济社会发展水平的差异,中国各地的社会工作发展水平存在很大差异;而不同地区高校教师社会工作机构的目标、功能定位以及发展策略也应该有所不同。根据发展保障、系统化、职业化和专业化等几个维度将中国不同地区的社会工作发展水平分为较发达地区,次发达地区以及欠发达地区三类,然后对三类地区高校教师社会工作机构的目标和功能以及发展成策略进行探讨和分析。
